Rural and Regional School Travel
Planning your trip to Woodenbong Central School is easy with a variety of safe and reliable transport options. Many of our students come from rural and regional areas, and we are proud to support them through dedicated school travel programs. These programs provide bus services and travel assistance tailored to meet the needs of students commuting from surrounding communities, ensuring they have safe and timely access to school each day.
You may be eligible for free travel between home and school through the Rural and Regional School Travel scheme. This can help cover the cost of bus travel for students who live a certain distance from Woodenbong Central School or meet other eligibility criteria. Please refer to the attached brochure for detailed information on eligibility requirements and how to apply. If you think your child may qualify, we encourage you to review the brochure and contact the school office for any assistance.
